of USED MACHINERY EXPO 2008
(UMEX’08), a unique showcase of various types
of Used Machinery, scheduled to be organized at the
Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from the 22nd to
24th May 2008.
UMEX’08 is being organized by
Conventions & Fairs (India) Pvt Ltd in association
with Machinery Trade International (MTI), a leading
international media provider for facilitating the buying
and selling of used machine tools and associated
products.
UMEX’08 builds on the
overwhelming response of UMEX’07 which set new standards
in terms of footfall numbers as well as enquiry/ deal
generation and emerged as the region’s main sourcing
point for used machinery. Many of the UMEX’07
participants have already confirmed their participation
in UMEX’08.
Northern India is
home to leading manufacturers from a vast array of
industries, including the automotive, electronics,
printing and textile sectors. The region remains the
largest market for pre-owned machinery in India. These
key insights were the driving force behind deciding on
New Delhi, the capital of India, as the venue location
for UMEX’08.
Given the
international scope of the used machinery market, UMEX’08 is expected to attract
visitors from across India, the sub-continent and
beyond.
